    Tiendafacil operates on a monthly or yearly subscription model, granting immediate access to all tools and features for creating and managing online stores. Once the subscription is activated, all sales are final.
  2. Refunds
    We do not offer refunds for active subscription cancellations, whether monthly or yearly, except in cases of credit card fraud or unauthorized purchases. In such cases, the customer must contact us immediately to initiate the claim validation process.
  3. Refund Process
    In the event of confirmed fraud or unauthorized use, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days using the original payment method.
  4. Cancellations
    Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will not result in a refund for the unused time, and access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
